Reservations must be made in advance for all of our functions except the Special Activities Coffee in August.
They must be made by NOON on the THURSDAY one week prior to the event. Be sure to state your meal preference, the full meal or the "heavy" salad.
NO EXCEPTIONS!!
You will need a credit card to hold your reservation.
At the event, you may pay by check, debit or credit card. NO CASH.
You may make your reservation by emailing the Reservations Chairpersons at the following link.
Please do not send credit card information over the internet.....include your name, phone number and whether or not you are a Horizon's Club member.
You can also call one of our reservation charipersons...their information is in the "Wings"

NEED CHILD CARE?
We have an agreement with the CDC West to guarantee 12 slots for children ages 1 year to pre-kindergarten. To make you reservation, you will need to call at least a week prior to the function. Look for more information in the "Wings". |
